Specific skills needed to perform Development and Design Expertise in ASP.NET with Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, C# Good Knowledge in MS SQL Server Programming – TSQL, SSIS, SSRS etc . Good Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interface with External and Internal Clients and other teams. Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills. Position Overview: Responsible for turning around problems into solutions when it comes to troubleshooting system issues, user requirements and maintenance of a large enterprise practice management system. Develop and suggest solutions to problems or challenges to help improve the process and performance. Responsibilities: • Develop deep expertise in NextGen Practice Management or EHR software and other Practice management Software’s • Interface between internal users and support vendors to identify and resolve issues and or help with solutions for automation and/or performance improvement. • Participate and contribute to requirements analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and user support Plans and authors the user documentation set, acceptance criteria, and helps construct representative test data sets • Development of Complex Stored Procedures, SSIS Packages, Batch Jobs, etc. that will address user requirements, and ensure the tool/applications developed meets the need of the internal or external client • Other duties as assigned Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals) • 3-4 years’ experience in development using Microsoft technologies, such as MSSQL Server 2005/2008/2012, TSQL, SSIS • Specific skills needed to perform • Excellent knowledge of Development (TSQL, SSIS) in MSSQL Server 2005/2008/2012 • Excellent skills in SQL programming, debugging, and developing stored procedures and in core database administration. • Should have excellent communication skills to effectively interface with Client/ user as well as internal IT / Hel desk / Infrastructure teams • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
